Dark Myth Comics, a division of The JayZoMon Dark Myth Company, LLC, is proud to announce the return of longtime industry veteran Mario E. Martinez as Editor in Chief of Dark Myth Comics.
Martinez is no stranger to Dark Myth. He first joined the company in 2006 as Print Production Coordinator, quickly ascending the ranks to become Editor in Chief of Dark Myth Comics in 2007 and then Chairman and President of Dark Myth Production Studios in 2008. His leadership during the company's expansion into comic books helped shape its direction and establish its legacy, including key contributions to fan-favorite titles like The Saints and the development of the unreleased Darker Myth imprint.
In addition to his executive talents, Martinez is also a seasoned inker. He was the inking artist on the original American Smash one-shot and Ayot Nom: Bloody Red Path, two visually iconic stories that have become pillars of the Dark Myth Comics brand.
After stepping away in 2010 to launch his own publishing venture, Royalty Comics, alongside his wife Rachel Martinez, Mario left behind a legacy of innovation and excellence. His return marks a new era for Dark Myth Comics as it repositions itself for creative growth and expanded production.
