Terry D. Scheerer
Terry D. Scheerer, born Terrence Dean Wall on September 26, 1949 in Carthage, Missouri, wrote dark fantasy, gothic fiction, horror, science fiction, and weird fiction from 2000 to 2014. He started in online magazines, then founded Gateway Press to publish Dreams of Darkness, Dreams of Night. Notable pieces include “The Dragon Hunters,” the award winning “Between the Moon and Mars,” and the long-running serial Queen of the Westerlands in The World of Myth Magazine. Pen names: L. Craig Woods, Zed Holt, MoK, and Reaper Rick.
He served as Editor in Chief of The World of Myth Magazine and Horrotica Magazine, and became Chief Operating Officer of Dark Myth Production Studios in 2011. After a serious car accident in 2010, he returned with the anthology The Dragon Hunters and Other Fantasy Tails, produced films with Creep Creepersin, and hosted the iTunes-charting podcasts News, Views and Reviews and Tree Frog Expose Cafe as “Reaper Rick.” He passed away on February 2, 2016 in Apple Valley, California.
