A delicate mist above a sheet of glass
No hint of a breeze shall come to pass
A gentle lapping upon distant shores
A serenade to the great outdoors
Crickets chirp their serene sonata
As clouds roll by like a soft armada
The dusk filters through in an explosion of light
Peppered by silhouettes of distant birds in flight
Here is the place where serenity shall rise
A moment of peace is what this heaven supplies
So take just one moment to relinquish control
Allow Mother Nature to quiet your soul.
