Happy Summer everyone!! Although, truth be told, I always get a little sad on the first day of Summer, and a little happy on the first day of Winter. On the first day of Winter, we know the days will be getting longer, the air warmer, which is the exact opposite of what the first day of Summer is. I want warm. I want sun, and I want heat, and I realize I am living in the wrong place for that!! This introduction to the magazine is going to be a little different. I had a conundrum. The World of Myth Bits episode, where I discuss all things in the magazine, airs the same day the magazine launches and I felt that going over both, in two places at once, was a bit redundant. So, I decided to save my opinions and reactions for the podcast, and just give you the run down of who and what. We have a packed issue, as usual, which I have to admit I absolutely love! We have so many talented writers, and it seems each month we have new ones joining The World of Myth family. Congratulations to Boryana Ananieva for winning Member of the Month, and to Steve Carr and his story Muddy Water for being the Featured article. I can honestly say, when you don't go over the magazine in the intro, you really don't have much else to say!!
