Hey boys and girls! Welcome to this month commentary, I have to admit there isn't really much going on in my world to talk about this month. I've mainly been focusing on my health and fitness, as you may know if you read last month commentary I was diagnosed with a leaky aortic valve, and have been waiting to be cleared by the cardiologist to return back to the gym—as it has become a big part of my life.

So, last month I got the okay to return back to the gym, and I couldn't be happier! I've been training and taking care of myself. I'm currently at two hours a day, five days a week, and I can already start to feel the difference as I've lost almost fifteen pounds.

The trick is finding a balance between writing and everything in the publishing world that I do and my fitness life. Each are equally as important to me, one is to, well, keep me healthy in the other is who I am at the core. So that's what I'm doing personally. I truly believe that we all have to find a balance, a happy medium, in order to exist and live in a crazy world.

Also since were on the topic of Podcasts, starting next month we are going to get rid of the forum!

Now, I know I said we're talking about podcast, hold tight kiddies. Anyway, the reason we're getting rid of the forum after all these years, is to make room for the new podcast button that will be taking the spot of were the forum once was!
