Red on the Page
By: Crystal N. Ramos

It's easy to make them soak the page in red. A writer is a fragile creature, after all. No line separates them from the page, and if you scratch enough red on their words it eventually makes the writer bleed. Take this one, for example. She's a writer, teacher, and mother of two. Also, a former cutter. With the right strikethrough here and put there, in the margins, a note ("What kind of person makes THIS up?"), you can make her pick up the razor blade and press it against her wrist. See? Didn't I tell you it was easy?
