Mother Nature's Beauty

By: Tim Law

There is nothing prettier

At least to me

To witness in all

Her lush beauty

The gorgeous foliage

The vibrant greenery

Of the branches brown

Decorated so daintily

That of a dressed to impress

Springtime tree

Colors so bold

Every which way I see

I cannot help but

Meet each new day happily

Spring has dressed

Oh most colorfully

Has Mother Nature

Dressed so just for me?

Branches of fruit

Growing bountiful, free

The lushness of

A ripe strawberry

Summer is calling

I promise to thee

I shall meet you there

Beneath that tree

Offering its shade

To you and to me

The tree adorned with greenery

That tree which grows down by the sea
