Old Business – Dave started here and stayed here.


Talked about possible pop-up events. Gary did some local research to see if we could be relevant in the area. He is going to eventually expand further into more area’s. Discussed moving it out of the High Desert and the Board seemed agreeable. Josh gives his knowledge on how this area aren’t interested in paying for an event and taking it out of the area is a better idea.

Kevin suggests a local hotel.

Jeff suggests doing a satellite version in Wisconsin/Midwest area.

The discussion turns to where would be good, and contracts on celebrity’s which make it hard to book.


Josh suggests we put a table at VisionCon in his area. Springfield Missouri


Dave addresses Jai and fills her in on Rejection Insurance.


Now Dave discusses our Black Friday, and how to make revenue for the company


Dave talks about the numbers for our 4th year of the OCC and how we are reaching more people who are not connected with the Magazine.


Podcast numbers were amazing. 12900 downloads. Dave wants us to raise the prices for advertising since we are constantly high in numbers.


Jeff asks about advertising for Myth Mart and Steph explains how Myth Mart is always part of our advertising.


Josh suggests free comic book day.


Dave addresses the comics. One of the things he wants to do is too is present the production schedule for 2023 for American Smash. He goes through each month.


Dave broaches the subject of selling stock again and it is tabled. Most are cautious, Walter doesn’t think it’s a good idea at all. Steph suggests tabling it until their six-month meeting and work on the core. Giving the company 6 months to build things up.


Dave gets sentimental. It is Dave and Alan’s last meeting.

Dave acknowledges Jayden Montoya as being at the meeting and being our new formatter for the magazine.


Gary gives a preview of the new Christmas ornament for Myth Mart.
