Secretary’s Report – Minutes are passed


Business arising from the minutes – Dave apologizes for not being at the last meeting, and reminds the board that he does work a full time job, and has declined mandatory overtime to be here but he can only do that so often before he loses his job. Dave sends out a thank you to all of us for being part of this team. WE are a whole.


Kevin lets Dave know that we got him, that he doesn’t have to apologize, lives happen and we are all here for the company.


Dave is a little troubled by the lack of attendee’s.


Joe backs up what Kevin said and reiterates that we get it. We are here for the company.


Department Reports


Myth Mart – Alan (No report) but he did make one sale this month.


Advertising – Stephanie (advertising is put on hiatus until after Scarefaire)

Circulation Department/Social Media – Stephanie (Geared towards Scarefaire)

Magazine – Stephanie (Magazine is going well.

Dark Myth Publications

Dark Myth Comics – No report everything has been halted until after Scarefaire.

PCE/Scarefaire – Eddie – Still on track. Production got in touch with them and that should be going smoothly, we got the schedule for the events, it was posted, Eddie is currently getting volunteers in, we have some good ones in, we have two people for the ticket booth, one will be there for the full day, Two runners and a security for now. AJ is a sponsor is having an event the same night as Scarefaire, they wanted to come to our event and pass out flyers.

Dave asks for the contract for the money for the sponsorship.

Eddie says it isn’t just money, it is materials. He says the money and materials are strictly for Psychotic and that he got that number directly from Angel and Gary on how much they would need to build it. That panels, paint, wood, and other materials were being donated and included in the $500.00

JayZoModcast – Joe (We are chiming along pretty well, just finished up part one of Mythbits, sent Dave a master copy. The Audio Experiences will be stopping. Grindhouse will be replaced by Dave’s solo project.

OCC – Walter (no report)

JPWI – David – Still in talks, making progress with Fairgrounds.

Explain the stock option that Steph misunderstood – to help build our coffers, we can take money that we have, and buy stocks in it’s own name, after Scarefaire, with each dividend placed into our coffers as a profit. That is the idea behind the stock option. We will be placing that on the back burner for next meeting. (move to old business for next month)


New Business –


  1. Postpone Open Contract Challenge: Art Edition until 2022 – due to lack of funds.

  2. Open Contract Challenge winner to be delayed to November 20th, 2021, due to delays, it has had to be pushed back.

  3. Calendar Launch – will be discussed after Scarefaire.

  4. T-shirts for Scarefaire – David will be having shirts made up. He took a nice chunk out of his personal stocks to pay for Scarefaire, there will be shirts, printed. Eddie wants to know how many.

  5. New Policies from David – all policies passed

  7. Vote to create a formal division for PCE & Scarefaire named JayZoMon Live Events
