Breath of Fall
By: Stephanie J. Bardy

The rain races down the abandon streets
On this sacred Sabbat night.
The Elements mark the change of the season
With thunder crashing might.

Lightening flashes, and the wind does roar
Pounding the earth with their might.
Summer has ended and Fall rings in.
As he claims this time as his right.

The trees hold on valiantly to their leaves
Desperately with all of their might
But none is so strong as the Breath of the Fall
On this Autumn Equinox night.
