Happy Halloween my Mythketeers!

I hope you are all ready for the best holiday around! This year, it looks like we won't be deprived of the festivities. I will be spending the night before at ScareFaire, and then spending Halloween trick-or-treating with two of the cutest little ghoulies around. As I write this, I am gearing up for my trip to California. As you read this, I will be either landing or hurtling down the highway from Las Vegas. I land the day this issue launches!

We have so many stories and poems for you this month. We were hoping it would be a smaller issue as we needed a bit of a breather from our 100th issue and to prepare for ScareFaire, but we have some of the most dedicated and talented contributors around. They came through in spades and gave us not only chilling stories, but ones to read before bed that won't scare the pants off you.

I would like to congratulate Linda Sauve for winning Member of the Month again! Well done! Just a PSA, this installment of her story is not for children, and does contain explicit content. You have been warned. Enjoy!

I would also like to congratulate the incomparable Jenna Sparks. Her Frankie graces our cover, but if you have been paying attention and not living under a rock, you may have seen one or two of the JayZoMon PCE/ScareFaire posters floating around. They have been on Instagram, Facebook and if you live anywhere in the High Desert area in Southern California, they are plastered all over the place. She did all the graphics on those. I have mine as my profile picture on my public Facebook page. I love it that much. So with ScareFaire being right around the bend, and a showing of the movie A Rocky Horror Picture Show at the event, it was only fitting that her wonderful rendition of Frankenfurter be our cover. Well done girl! Can't wait to see you!

I'm sure you can tell; I am more than excited about this whole event and my trip to the sunny climes of California. We have entered into Fall here in Ontario and that means, you guessed it, colder weather and rain. The tree's turn a brilliant hue of reds and oranges, but they all have to be seen from the window of a moving car, or my apartment. I don't venture out much once the temperature starts to drop. I am not a fan of the cold. If you have caught any of my podcasts during the darker months, you have heard me whining about it.

I hope you enjoy all the hard work our contributors have put in to this issue, I want to welcome all our new contributors, and hope that you, our wonderful, dedicated readers, enjoy what we have put together for you.

Until next month, keep your eyes open, your chocolate close and don't trust a guy in a mask and a jumpsuit.
